UV Troffer
Modified a UV Troffer design at MKS Advanced LED based on product testing and assembly. Designed in Solidworks and edited images for patenting in Adobe Illustrator.

Designed a modular pipe light based off an existing piece per client request at MKS Advanced LED. Designed and drafted in Solidworks.
Wax Pellet Injection Mold
Designed a tabletop injection mold intended for wax pellets. Aluminum components were designed in Solidworks, tooling was programmed with Solidworks CAM and CNC'ed in a fabrication workshop. Bear designed based off of Mocha by milkmochabear.
Aerostructure Experiment Reports
Carried out a series of hands on experiments and FEA simulations to understand the effects of beam cross sections when put through torsional and bending loads. Ran simulations to optimize the design of the NACA 0015 air foil. Utilized plenty of cardboard, elmers glue and Solidworks Simulation.

Carried a series of experiments to study the fundamentals of fluid dynamics and heat exchange.
